Nilo may depend on third-party services including WhatsApp, Meta, messaging providers, hosting providers, and AI services. Their own terms, availability, and policies may apply independently of these terms.

AI-generated responses

AI systems can make mistakes. Businesses should provide accurate source information and remain responsible for reviewing how Nilo is configured and for handling situations that require human judgment or intervention.

Pricing

The current public price for early access is US$199 per month for one business and one WhatsApp number. Nilo is intended to use flat monthly pricing without hidden fees, message limits, or surprise per-message charges. Commercial terms may change in the future, and any applicable terms will be presented before a paid subscription is entered into.
